[5077] Technical Writer (Cloud Service Broker (CSB))

Requirements:

The consultancy support for this work requires Cloud Service Broker (CSB) Technical Writer services with the following qualifications:
1. The Contractor has strong documentation and technical writing skills, demonstrated through the creation of clear and comprehensive deliverables.
2. The Contractor has proficiency in developing governance artefacts, including but not limited to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Terms of Reference (ToR), Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RACI), and related documentation.
3. The Contractor is highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. The Contractor has the ability to capture, interpret, and translate stakeholder requirements into structured, actionable deliverables that align with project objectives.
5. The Contractor has excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage complex documentation workflows and ensure consistency across outputs.
6. The Contractor has a collaborative mind-set and a proven ability to work effectively alongside strategic leads and other stakeholders in a multidisciplinary team environment.
7. The Contractor has expertise in programme delivery methodologies and relevant experience in delivering programme within a broader portfolio context.
8. The Contractor is able to speak and write fluent English since the work is conducted in English.
9. The Contractor must have the nationality of one of the NATO nations.
