Our business was founded in 2016 as GardPass Cyber - by combining Cyber-Security/IT and Recruitment expertise, to provide staffing resources more effectively, for clients and workers. The company name was chosen to reflect the essential security/IT nature of the business and the merger of the two founders’ surnames.
 

We have a proven track record in providing clients with the best talent in Cyber, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, Project Management and other areas related to IT.
 

But we are also passionate about getting people into work, through collaborating with our candidates and clients in different ways to our competitors. 

As an established and well-respected business, our primary aim now is to be recognised as the lead provider of security-cleared talent across the UK and EU.
