Neil Passingham – Founder / Managing Director
Highly-experienced consultant/architect/auditor with a primary focus on Cyber and Cloud Security. Has over 35 years’ IT experience, in the UK and globally, across the IT life-cycle: business development, pre-sales, solution architecture, development, testing (including ethical hacking), implementation, security assessments, metrics/KPIs and often acting as “trusted advisor” for clients.

In addition to promoting and working towards a more secure cyber world for businesses and consumers, Neil is a keen innovator and developer.

He is also passionate about trade justice and helping the developing world generally. He has led local groups such as “Drop the Debt” and Fair Trade campaigns.

He is now a trustee/advisor to a UK/Kenyan charity supporting HIV orphans (in East Africa) and inspiring UK teenagers to make a difference in the world. He is now leading the building of a teaching hospital in a deprived area of western Kenya.

In his “downtime”, Neil likes to travel, study linguistics, canoe, play tennis, run, cycle, climb mountains (occasionally), sing (most genres) and act in plays/musicals.

 

  
 
Emilio Perri - Operations & Sales Director
Emilio is our Argentinian/Italian member of the team. He is an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is a constant source of innovation for GardPass.

Using his degree in Engineering Management, Emilio is able to bring new and competitive ideas to the table. He is motivated by success and enjoys trying to solve new challenges as well as improving existing ways of working.

Emilio loves to travel and learn about different cultures. He especially enjoys hiking and snorkelling. His friends describe him as always up for a new adventure.


 


  
 
Anna Passingham - HR Director
Anna became a director in 2019, combining this role with working in the NHS (for over 30 years) as there are similarities in terms of skills and responsibilities required, such as strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership skills and a commitment to ethical principles.

Anna is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and is undertaking level 3 and level 5 CIPD qualifications to best inform her practice as HR Director.

In her spare time Anna enjoys spinning, Zumba, running, and loves to climb mountains. Two relatively new hobbies are Indian cookery, and water-colour painting.

 

 


  
 
Roger Dewell - Space Expert
Roger joined the team in 2024 and he came onboard to assist in our expansion into cybersecurity for the space sector.  With many years of both commercial and military space programme experience, Roger will be expanding our consultancy capabilities and looking for opportunities to engage with partners to help protect  space assets from interference by hostile actors.

 


 


 
Tom Gardiner – Senior Principal Consultant
Tom is a fiercely competitive, ambitious individual who has been with GardPass since the company was created in 2016. Tom has in-depth knowledge of the contract and permanent market, and a wealth of experience placing senior IT and cyber personnel into high security environments across Europe. 
 
Prior to joining GPC, he was a professional footballer, training with the Spurs youth team and later moving to Edinburgh to play for Hibernian.
 
Tom lives in Hertfordshire with his wife and child. Outside of work Tom enjoys travelling and supporting Arsenal football club.



 


 
Luke Tebb  - Senior Consultant
Luke's career in recruitment commenced in 2016. Since joining GPC, he has made a significant contribution by winning contracts with multiple clients across Europe, including multi-national corporations. He aspires to expand his accounts and to eventually manage a team of consultants. 
 
Outside of work, Luke loves to travel and explore other cultures.  His favourite holiday destination to date is Santorini and the Amalfi Coast. He is also a cigar enthusiast, an avid "foodie" and a huge movie buff with a particular interest in psychological thrillers and true stories.





 

  
 
Jamie Myers - Consultant
Jamie joined GPC in 2020. He is an excellent collaborator who plays the important role of unifying the team within the office. Jamie is ambitious and resilient, with a hunger for success and aspires to manage his own team within the GardPass family.

Outside of work, he has a love for futsal and in 2015, won gold at the European Maccabiah Games. In 2022, Jamie became Assistant Manager for the Under 16s Maccabiah Futsal team, which involved managing matches in Israel. Jamie is an Arsenal football club supporter and enjoys socialising with his friends and family.
 
 

  
 
Tommy Woodward - Consultant
Tommy commenced his career in recruitment when he joined GPC and has specialised in security-cleared recruitment, across the UK and EU on both permanent and contract roles. Tommy is keen to drive the security cleared side of the business forward specifically within the UK, with an eagerness to collaborate with government, defence, and aerospace clients.
 
Prior to joining GPC, Tommy worked in the retail sector, and studied Sports Science at University.
 
Outside of work, Tommy loves to travel and has set himself the target to travel abroad every month in 2023. Tommy is a keen sports fan with football being his favourite sport. He plays weekly in a local league and supports Chelsea FC.

 
 


  
 
Louie Wood - Associate
Louie recently completed a two-year Extended Diploma in Creative Media at college which he found fulfilling. As part of this program, he had the opportunity to explore Los Angeles; an experience that has inspired him.
 
Louie possess a deep-seated interest in recruitment and aiding others in their professional endeavours and it is with great anticipation that he looks forward to embarking on his apprenticeship with GardPass Consulting.
 
On a personal note, Louie's passion for football runs deep, encompassing both participation and support. As a dedicated West Ham fan, he makes a point of attending matches whenever feasible, whether at home or away. Additionally, he enjoy social gatherings with friends, particularly when it involves attending house music events!
 
 


  
 
Vicky Tran - Associate
Vicky developed a love for customer service while working in retail throughout her time in sixth form. She is eager to explore new horizons so has moved into a Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship role, where she can thrive on connecting bright individuals with great career prospects, fuelled by her natural people skills and her desire to make a difference in the workplace.
 
Outside of work, she loves socialising with friends and visiting local restaurants.   
 

 
Eliana Brem - Billing & Reporting Specialist
Eli is originally from Argentina. She completed a business administration degree in Mexico, and since then has worked in several countries in South America and has a wealth of experience in finance, administration, and forecasting.
 
She loves to travel in order to explore different places and meet new people, and is grateful that her work has enabled her to do this.  

In her free time, Eli practices yoga and provides Reiki and Bach Flower therapies. This is something she is passionate about because it gives her the opportunity to help people feel better and to be at peace with themselves.
