About Us

Originally formed as GardPass Cyber in 2016 by 2 families combining cyber-security/IT and recruitment expertise. The business has worked with some of the most recognised names in its sectors.

In 2021, following 5 years of consistent growth, the business has evolved through demand from its client base into other areas of technology outside of cyber security. In line with this, the business has rebranded itself to GardPass Consulting. Its ambition is to be recognised as the lead provider of security-cleared talent across the UK and Europe. With a proven background in providing Defense, Space and Government clients with the best talent in Cyber, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, Project Management and other areas related to IT.

We are passionate about getting people into work, through collaborating with our candidates and clients in different ways to our competitors. GardPass Consulting aims to retain its family feel as it expands.
