Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• The contractor must have at least 5 years experience in developing applications using Oracle Forms and Reports technology versions 10g, 11g and 12c development
• The contractor must have at least 5 years experience in Oracle Database 10g, 11g, and 12c
• The contractor must have at least 5 years experience in Oracle Headstart and QMS standards
• The contractor must have at least 5 years experience in PL/SQL developer
• The contractor must have at least 5 years experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• The contractor must have at least 5 years experience in OLE2
• The contractor must have at least 3 years experience in Oracle database 19c
• The contractor must have at least 3 years experience in Oracle Weblogic 10g, 11g and 12c
• The contractor must have at least 3 years experience in Oracle Discoverer
• The contractor must have at least 2 years experience in NAEW BSA applications

Requirement:

NAEW is looking for an experienced Oracle SME contractor to provide onsite support with the maintenance of NAEW in-house developed Oracle Forms and Reports BSA applications.

Tasks to be performed:

• Provide continued maintenance support to the BSA (Base Support Applications) that have been locally developed using Oracle Forms and Reports technology.
• Provide continued maintenance support for the SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) based transaction interface between the FinS (NATO Financial System) and the PILS (Programme Integrated Logistic System) used as logistical system by the Customer.
• Develop the interface between the locally developed HR application and the NATO wide used APMS (Automated Personnel Management System) application.
• Provide support to the development of the IST (Integrated Scheduling Tool) by providing expert knowledge on the locally developed scheduling tools APS (Aircrew Training Records) and ATR (Aircrew Passenger Scheduling).
