Training Coordinator - ICT Security Accreditation

Location: Brussels, BE

Required:
• Possess a university degree in Education, Instructional Design, Cybersecurity, Business Economics, or an equivalent qualification.
• More than 3 years demonstrable experience in learning systems architecture and digital transformation in defense, government, or highly regulated environments, including NATO or equivalent international organizations.
• More than 3 years industry experience in instructional design, rapid prototyping and learning principles.
• Experience working with NATO, or equivalent industry or international organizations, with regards to Learning & Development activities.
• Experience designing learning and compliance solutions for highly regulated industries with stringent audit and governance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft SharePoint architecture, development, and administration.
• Experience with Learning Management System integration (preferably Rhapsode or Moodle).
• Fluent or Native levels of English ensuring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to seamlessly engage all levels of staff - from working-level practitioners to senior leadership.
• Exceptional digital literacy with ability to bridge technical, operational, and policy domains.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high quality, error-free content.

Desirable:
• Postgraduate specialization in system design, human-machine integration, integrated product development, or digital transformation would be considered an advantage.
• Certification in ITIL 4, Agile Project Management, or demonstrated program delivery expertise in phased enterprise implementation would be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience with NATO accreditation processes (SAA, CISOA, or NIST-based frameworks) would be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Generative AI integration, explainable AI frameworks, conversational UX design, and AI governance structures would be considered an advantage.
• Experience collaborating with academic research institutions on responsible AI, learning architecture frameworks, or digital transformation methodologies would be considered an advantage.
