IWC Logistics Support Asset Management

Start date: Negotiable
Clearance: NATO Secret or equivalent
Location: Brunssum, Netherlands

Duties & Role:
Logisitics:
• receive equipment in EBA
• label equipment
• organize transport to Tech Support
• handle the return of replaced equipment
• transfer equipment out of account holder's BL in EBA
• transport returned equipment to CSSC
• process the disposal (letter preparation for ROS)

CIS assets inventory:
• support physical wall-to-wall inventory if required
• coordinate inventory with AHs
• update the AHs database
• search in systems/physically when assets not found
• handle turned-in equipment, including disposal
• chase AHs if their EOT date approaches
• make sure all accounts have valid AH, if not search for one.

Requirements
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• EBA Oracle knowledge is a must
• IT assets minimum knowledge
• Min 5 years-experience in LOG
• Knowledge of LOG/Asset Management NATO rules is a plus
• Well organized
• Driving license is a must
• Forklift handling license is good to have
• Likes to work on the field BUT also update admin information in our database
